cb998 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
cb998 believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or problems. We are committed to ensuring the wellbeing and safety of every player.
Why is responsible gaming important?
At cb998, we believe online gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity. However, for some people gaming can spiral out of control, which can have a negative impact on personal, financial, and family life. That is why we have built multiple responsible gaming tools and resources into our platform, so every player can play consciously and safely.
Responsible gaming means understanding your limits and enjoying games within those limits. Before playing at cb998, always ask yourself: are you playing for entertainment, or are you trying to recover money you have lost? If the answer is the latter, it is wise to pause and seek help.
Our platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors creating or using a gaming account is strictly prohibited. If a minor in your household uses your device, keep your account logged out and your password secure.

cb998's Responsible Gaming Features
cb998 provides the following tools to keep your gaming experience safe and in control.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a limit on how much money you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is active, changing it requires a 24-hour waiting period, though reducing it takes effect immediately.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If gaming has become a serious problem, you can take a long-term self-exclusion — from six months up to five years. During this period your account will be completely closed and no promotional communications will be sent.
Review Gaming History
You can view your full deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Regularly reviewing your own gaming patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.
Session Time Limits
Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. When the set time is up, a notification will appear and you will have the option to log out voluntarily, which helps prevent excessive gaming.
Account Security
Use a strong password and secure login method. Never share your account details with anyone else. cb998 always uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure.
The golden rules for playing safely
Responsible gaming is not just about using tools — it is a mindset. Following the guidelines below will keep your gaming experience positive at all times.

Set a budget
Decide in advance how much money you will spend in each session. Think of this budget as an "entertainment expense" — money whose loss will not affect your daily life.
Keep track of time
Set a time limit before you start gaming. Use an alarm or cb998's session timer. Playing for long periods increases mental fatigue and reduces your ability to make sound decisions.
Do not chase lost money
Trying to recover losses by placing bigger bets is dangerous. Remember that every game's outcome is independent and previous results do not influence future ones.
Do not play on impulse
Avoid gaming during moments of stress, frustration, or excitement. Making decisions in an emotional state often leads to overspending.
Talk to family and friends
Let your family know about your gaming habits. Talking openly with the people close to you is an effective way to prevent problems.
Spend time on other activities
Gaming should be one part of your life — not all of it. Maintain a healthy balance between family, friends, hobbies, and work.
Know your minimum deposit and withdrawal limits
Minimum Deposit
You can deposit a minimum of ৳200 into your cb998 account. Deposit easily at any time via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Starting with a small amount is a good responsible gaming habit.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳500. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Keep to your budget and avoid leaving more funds in your account than you need.
Transaction Monitoring
A record of every transaction is securely stored in your account. Review this information regularly and understand your monthly spending patterns. It is a simple way to stay in financial control.
